"No Boxed Gifts allowed".. say whaaa?
Ok.. I know those of you in the past have received invitations to parties. Now especially with wedding invitations sometimes at the bottom you may read "No boxed gifts please".. So recently I have been thinking about what do they really mean? hmmm...
Lets seee.... no "boxed" "gifts"... ok hmm how about a 'boxed' gift inside a GIFT BAG?!.. oh there we go .. I got it!... It's a matter of CONVENIENCE!!
AHHH.. Ok
Soo if I get a 'boxed' gift and then put it into a gift bag... the handles of the gift bag would make it easier on the folks to carry the gifts around? eh? Sounds reasonable right?
PROBLEM SOLVED!
Ok no worries.. I'll make sure my gift is a boxed in a gift bag for convenience

Tahira: Did you mean me? It's Imran, Ayesha's brother :)
I like a 'no gift' policy, so ppl come without thinking they have to spent any money. That's all. If gifts are allowed, it's easy to get 500 $20 fans / lamps. You don't want that.

Hehehe....my brother left his comment right after mine, and he doesn't even know I was the anonymous above him (or maybe he does). This is a 'family comment section' eh. I should ask my bhabi now to leave a comment here.
